Single Episode Assessment and Referral Letters: Modern Path provides single episode assessment and referral letters. These letters are offered on a pay what you can basis from $0 to the assigned clinician’s full fee. We may have up to a four week wait for these appointments. Please note: We do not write letters for adults seeking cross sex hormones. We recommend folks see informed consent providers such as the ones listed on our website.
Parents must be present with minors during the assessment and referral letter process.
