COunseling Services
Upon scheduling your first session with one of our clinicians you will be provided with our Consent for Treatment and Privacy Notice. Please review these documents in their entirety prior to your first session. Your clinician will review them again verbally in session and ensure you are clear on the contents and in agreement before counseling sessions begin.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, debit and HSA/FSA cards. Cancelations made 48 business hours in advance will not incur a cancelation fee. Cancelations made less than 48 business hours will incur fee equal to the clinicians full out of pocket fee.
Education and Consulting
Continuing Education courses are registered via our website only. Payment is to be made at the time of registration and we do not offer refunds unless the class is cancelled due to a lack of participation. We accept debit and credit cards only. We will provide certificate of attendance at the end of the class. Participants should maintain these certificates. Should one be lost please notify us at info@modernpath.net and include your name, course title, and course date and we will replace the certificate one time free of charge.
