Introducing Saabira
Introducing Saabira Smith, the newest addition to the team!
I am a Clinical Mental Health graduate from Walden University and a certified yoga instructor who believes in a holistic approach to healing—one that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that you deserve to take up space exactly as you are.
I understand that identity is fluid, ever-evolving, and deeply personal. While I can be described as a Black, femme-presenting woman and lesbian, I resist the idea that any label can fully define who I am—or who you are. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to fit into a box to be seen, valued, and supported.
In my counseling practice, I take a somatic and holistic approach, recognizing the impact of life’s experiences on both the mind and body. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, identity exploration, or the weight of a world that too often demands conformity, I am here to help you find strength in your truth.
Beyond my work as a counselor, I am deeply passionate about plant medicine, gardening, and exploring the wisdom found in the occult. I believe in the power of nature, intuition, and ancient practices to support healing and transformation. These interests inform my holistic perspective, allowing me to help clients connect with themselves and the world in meaningful ways.
Above all, I strive to foster an environment where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow—on your own terms.
My fee for counseling is $150 for 50 minutes.
