If so, this workshop is what you have been looking for!   Join Tonya, as she teaches learners from all walks of life, a practical yet introspective approach to establishing and honoring your boundaries. Learners will consider what they need to feel whole and fulfilled as an individual and what they are able to offer others. Once identified, these will be the building blocks for establishing boundaries, defining the types of relationships they wish to have in work and pleasure, and a tangible roadmap for navigating the journey of self-care. 

This workshop is designed for all individuals exploring their own pleasure and those who support others in exploring their own pleasure. 

Learning Objectives:

• Learners will be able to define at least three components involved in establishing personal boundaries

• Learners will be able to define at least three areas in their lives where this model can be applied 

• Learners will be able to define at least three methods for communicating their needs within any relationship

• Learners will be able to define at least 5 personal insights related to relationship development and maintenance that align with a values-based model

• Learners will be able to define at least two indicators to help them determine when a relationship may require renegotiation

As a follow-up to the workshop, there will be additional opportunities to meet virtually, as a group, for 1-hour. This offer is included in the overall price for the class and there are no discounts or refunds if you do not attend the follow-up group office hours. You will only have access to the additional check-ins if you attend the workshop.

Accessibility Information:

The facility is ADA accessible, with free parking, gender-neutral restrooms, water and tea on site, chairs will be provided that accommodate up to 500 pounds, workshop will be 10 people plus an instructor; two 15-minute breaks will be provided in addition to a general encouragement for self-care during the workshop. Workshop materials are provided on the day of the workshop. Materials are written in English, black print on a white background.

About the facilitator:

Tonya is a woman of diverse skills and talents. She has walked the paths of child, daughter, sister, mother, spouse, partner, businesswoman, performer, teacher, facilitator, and so many more. She is an Autistic, queer, white woman of the American South who is kinky and consensually non-monogamous. She has been active in the pagan, energy work, poly, and kink communities for over 20 years. 

Tonya has been studying and practicing wellness modalities since early childhood. Her passion for wellness has led her to become an Erotic Embodiment Practitioner, Conscious Erotic Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master, body stress ritual facilitator, consultant, educator, and coach. She is an AASS Certified Sexologist.

In Tonya’s words, “As a society, we have been taught to ignore the relationship between our body, mind, and spirit. This denies us the pleasure and peace found when we are fully embodied. It denies us the ability to recognize that we are already whole and divine beings. My goal is to support individuals as they learn to live and love fully.”
