I am a woman of diverse skills and talents. I have walked the paths of child, daughter, sister, mother, spouse, partner, business woman, performer, teacher, facilitator, and so many more. In my role as a coach, I combine my lived experiences with the teaching and lessons I have been given as an AASS Sexologist in Training to support individuals in centering their own pleasure.

My work upholds the Principles of Initiation:

●      Love is egoless

●      Love is harmless

●      Love is not loud

●      Love is safe

●      Love is caring

●      Love is consensual

●      Love is not greedy

●      Love is not lust

I apply these principles in individual, relationship, and group coaching sessions, workshops, and intensives. I have been studying and practicing wellness modalities since early childhood. My passion for wellness led me to become an Erotic Embodiment Practitioner, Conscious Erotic Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master, body stress ritual facilitator, consultant, educator, and coach.  As a society, we have been taught to ignore the relationship between our body, mind, and spirit.  This denies us the pleasure and peace found when we are fully embodied. It denies us the ability to recognize that we are already whole and divine beings. My goal is to support individuals as they learn to live and love fully.
