Virtual Clinician
Note: Elliott is currently not accepting clients and will return to office in early April 2025.
Elliott is a recent graduate of Mercer University studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. They are a pansexual non-binary person, and they are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve, and grow alongside of, their Community through Modern Path. Their clinical focus is on clients within the LGBTQ+ Community, especially young adults who are exploring their gender and sexuality for the first time. Their focus is also on clients working through their experience in harmful religious environments, and reorienting themselves spiritually or within their identities and sense of self. Therapy with Elliott is person-centered, through Humanistic and Gestalt perspectives, meaning that the client is the expert of their life, centers the client’s experiences as truth, and supports a client in living a full and authentic life. A vital piece of the work that takes place in therapy is working with clients who are committed to their growth and discovering their authenticity. Elliott is passionate about working with trauma survivors and assisting their recovery and healing process, with a focus on mindfulness, and active presence in one's environment and bodily experiences - with sensitivity around embodiment in gender-diverse individuals.
Outside of the counseling room, Elliott loves all things outdoors, video games, and nerd/geek culture, with special love for sci-fi, fantasy, and all things magical.
Their session fee is $125 per session for a 50-minute session. They are able to provide, on an individual and case by case basis, a superbill to insurance when requested by a client. There is no guarantee that insurance will reimburse any costs related to the session.
Elliott is currently under the supervision of Nick Marzo, MS LPC, LMHC, CST, CPCS, NCC, CCMHC.
